Focusing on bodyweight exercices, we created this training program specifically to allow you to keep moving and improve your fitness wherever you are. Because not having an easy access to a gym or time for a full session should not be an excuse to skip your workout.
Each training session is structured in three parts :
- Joint and Cardio Warm-up
- Focus on on skill or physical quality such as cardiovascular endurance, coordination, quality of mouvement, intensity...
As easy to set up as it can be, this program allows you to recreate your training stimuli from home on a three sessions a week basis. The training plan chapter details each session, including a space for you to take note, write down how you felt and track progress, while the exercices library compile photos of the movement featured in the program as well as the performance points and focuses. Make sure you take a look at each of those before your training to maintain an optimal quality of movement!
